New dates have been added to the list. We are now meeting on Monday's and Thursday's. Page designers are needed at every meeting that they can make so we can work on the late pages. The new program is running very smoothly. It is so much easier to work than InDesign. If you have pictures, make sure to bring those in so we can get them uploaded and ready to use!

Regrouping needed

This has been a tough year for yearbook. Learning a new program and weather days have put us way behind. Mrs. Guill and I are going to meet with our yearbook rep. today and try to figure this program out. We will be adding some page design days to help us get going on the pages. This Thursday, both Ms. Guill and I will be out of district at a conference, so we will have to reschedule until Monday. We are asking all yearbook staff members to come to the meeting Monday so we can reorganize and add some days to the schedule. If you are still doing yearbook but play sports, such as basketball, just let me know so that I won't take you off the attendance roster. Ms. Guill and I would like to thank all of you and your parents for being flexible as we try to work through the obstacles this year. You are doing an awesome job!

December 18 meeting

December 18 is for all yearbook staff. It will not be cancelled. We need to regroup and see where we are and what we need to do from here. I look forward to seeing everyone. Sorry about the cancellations the last two weeks. They were unavoidable. Thank you for you patience.

November 13 meeting

Page designers who are designing pages for volleyball, football, homecoming, cross country, fall play, and intramural should attend. We need to get the sports pages done if that sport is completed. Fall play and intramurals will be going on for a little while, but we can get a page template set up and ready for pictures to be put in. Matilda and Kathy will be here to help us learn the program as we are doing our pages. It will be very beneficial for you to be here and take advantage of their help.

November 6 meeting

The next meeting is a photograpers meeting. All photographers, bring in your sketches for the yearbook cover, Surfing Through Time. We will share our ideas and vote on a winner. All photographers are invited to enter their drawing. The meeting is mandatory for Fall play, basketball, and intramurals.

Fall play

The fall play is starting this week with auditions. Photographers and page designer, you will be required at the meetings during the fall play.
